The AMQ Profiler tells us what direction we move in with our "Personal Growth Factors".

Like the IVA, there are no right or wrong answers. Each person/role has behavioural characteristics that are just right for them and the role.

More than 2000 New Zealanders have completed the AMQ Profiler. The AMQ and the IVA is a suite and should be done in tandem.
